Aluminium alloys
Technology process: hot and cold forging process mainly on screw presses and die hammers. Material grade: all aluminium alloys series EN AW-2XXX, EN AW-3XXX, EN AW-4XXX, EN AW-5XXX, EN AW-6XXX and EN AW-7XXX. Delivery condition: precipitation hardened (temper T4, T6 or T73 or annealed)
Copper alloys
Technology process: hot and cold forging process mainly on screw presses and die hammers.
Material grade: copper and copper alloys, brass and bronze.
Delivery condition: raw or annealed.
Steel
Technology process: hot and cold forging process on die hammers.
Material grade: carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, tool and special steel.
Delivery condition: raw, normalized or quenched and tempered.
Titanium alloys
Technology process: hot forging process on screw presses and die hammers.
Material grade: titanium alloys.
Delivery condition: isothermal or two stages annealed.
Forging machining
Pre or final forging machining processes are available. In the process we apply 3 and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning technology and conventional machining.
We also design and produce essential forging tools such as: dies, trimmers, housings, electrodes and various devices for processing.
